Funding boost to Lanarkshire hospice will allow it to continue family support

iOS - Android Now funding from the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) will allow the charity's family support workers to work with patients and their families throughout their journey.That means there will be support, guidance and care available from the moment patients are referred to the hospice allowing patients and families to feel comfortable in the hospice environment.

Hospice clinical services director, Margaret Mary Cowan told Lanarkshire Live : “We are delighted to have received a further one year of funding of what has become a vital role within the hospice throughout this pandemic.
