dailystar.co.ukpolice, he entered a shop in East Perth, Australia, at about 9pm on Friday night, and attempted to order some chips to eat.But when he learned the kitchen was closed, it's said he threatened to kill staff if they didn't cook the chips for him.A police spokesperson said in a statement on Friday: “It will be alleged when he was advised the kitchen was closed, he showed the staff he was carrying knives and threatened to kill staff if the chips were not cooked for him.“Fearing for their safety, the staff commenced cooking his order and notified police.”As the hungry man waited for his chips, police officers arrived at the scene and he was arrested.Police said the knives and the cash he had placed on the counter to pay for his food were also.
