Fully vaccinated Scots will have to self-isolate when arriving back from amber listed France

The Scottish Government recently announced that travellers who have received both doses of the Covid vaccine will be able to bypass self-isolation rules when entering into Scotland from an amber list country.
But there is growing fears over the recent emergence of Beta variant infections in France.There is early evidence to suggest that the strain, which was first discovered in South Africa, may be able to evade vaccine protection.Anyone arriving from France will have to spend 10 days of self-isolation in their own accommodation.
