Hundreds of homes in and around Greater Manchester remain without power as Storm Arwen continues to cause havoc. More than 130,000 people across the country were hit by the power cut when snow and high winds moved in on Friday night.

The agency says it is receiving a "high volume" of calls and messages with requests for updates. Their advice is that they are currently prioritising "vulnerable" customers and that customers should only call if the situation
