Former Arsenal coach and player Freddie Ljungberg has revealed the talents he saw in training from young attacker Nicolas Pepe.
Pepe has impressed in his second season at the Gunners, scoring 14 goals and notching five assists in all competitions so far this term.
The 25-year-old has mainly been played on the right wing by Mikel Arteta this campaign, emerging as a regular starter under the Gunners boss.
He showcased his talents in Arsenal ’s win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Wednesday. The winger scored two goals to help Arsenal secure the win which has solidified their place in the top-half of the league.
