The men were arrested by Metropolitan Police following reports of people shouting anti-Semitic abuse from a car in London on Sunday afternoon (May 16).
When in custody, police also arrested them over a similar incident in the early hours of Sunday morning in Broughton Park, Salford.
The initial arrest came after a video circulating on social media showed a 'convoy' of cars with Palestinian flags on the bonnets driving through the St John's Wood area in Westminster, London.
