The UK's 'first lady' teamed her boho-style bridal gown with a floral crown as the couple married in the Lady Chapel at Westminster Cathedral.
For their big day Carrie, 33, chose a long-sleeve, high-neck embroidered white gown costing £2,870 by Christos Costarellos. But eagle-eyed soap fans might have clocked that the dress was worn first by former Coronation Street star Katie McGlynn.
Katie, who played Sinead Tinker in the ITV soap, walked the red carpet at the British Soap Awards in June 2019 in an identical dress by the Greek designer.
