Forgotten ex-Chelsea player stranded in Russian division and denied Premier League move

According to the Daily Mail, that prompted Burnley to offer Moses a route out.However, the Premier League have blocked his return because they don't want transfers taking place outside of windows, despite the ruling from the governing bodies.
They are said to have concerns over the sporting integrity of the competition.Italy's Serie A and Germany's Bundesliga have also taken a similar stance, but Spain's La Liga is allowing their clubs to sign players from Russia and Ukraine's divisions.As it stands, Moses will be stuck in limbo until at least the end of the season.
