Five victims of ‘acid attack’ poured milk on their faces

Police have confirmed tests are being carried out to determine the substance, in what is thought to be a calculated attack.A police spokesperson said five people were taken to hospital and released on the same day, with no arrests and enquiries on going into the assaults.Empty milk and water bottles were spotted strewn across the road outside an Afro Barber Shop on the busy City Road, Cardiff.South Wales Police officers were called to the scene around 2.45pm on Sunday September 5.
