FIRST Dates star Fred Siriex has wowed his fans by showing off his impressive body transformation in a topless snap. The father-of-one said he had been pushing himself "physically" in the gym, resulting in his incredible arm muscles and abdominals.

Fred, 50, could be seen posing for a snap on Instagram as he showed off his new body - smiling wide for the black and white shot.

The TV star, who is best known for being the maître d'hôtel on Channel 4's First Dates, flexed his biceps in the gym snap. He took off his top to show off his muscles, wearing a pair of black gym shorts and showing off his greying facial hair in the photo.
