He was conducting the inquest into the death of Bolton-born Cirroc Smith, who was found dead in bed at his Hatton Avenue, Atherton home on April 11.
Assistant coroner for Greater Manchester West Simon Nelson, sitting at Bolton, concluded that Cirroc's death was drug-related and that it was his use of illicit drugs - in addition to prescribed drugs for his mental health - which resulted in his tragic death.
