Volunteers from Proactive Communities delivered festive food parcels to 28 households in Blairgowrie in the days before Christmas – providing food for 56 children and 52 adults.
And the hampers also included warm hats, gloves, scarves and socks to help support those facing financial hardship this winter.
Applications for the hampers were initially open to families with children attending school in Blairgowrie and Rattray and who were struggling financially at what is an expensive time of year.
