Fearne Cotton was feeling 'chuffed' with herself after she managed to overcome her fear and drive on a motorway for the first time in four years.
The 39-year-old television presenter, who admitted to struggling with panic attacks, revealed that she was a little exhausted but thrilled to be taking the step in the right direction after her first journey on a motorway.
Fearne's empowering message came four years after the mum to two suffered from her first panic attack while driving, leaving her to swear off going on high-speed roads.
However, alongside the support of a pal who joined her for the journey, Fearne has been able to address the triggers and successfully driven on the motorway.
