Fearne Cotton admitted she's been taking "therapy sessions" every week after candidly speaking about her cycle of "self-loathing".
The TV presenter compiled a set of clips for her Happy Place podcast episode that discussed therapy and mental health. Fearne admitted that she wanted to do this in order to encourage listeners to make the first move in "booking their sessions".
She admitted: "It’s something I definitely don’t wanna miss, don’t feel like I could miss, actually. It has helped me insurmountably, it’s kind of hard to explain. "The reason it’s helped me is stuff from the past still troubles me greatly that I need to constantly find tools to land on some peace with.
That’s a big one for me and I think we’ve all got little cycles and habits we fall into and mine is to be really bloody horrible to myself. "I can be a right arsehole to myself internally and berate myself and fall into self-loathing.
