FBI Believes They Found Gabby Petito’s Body

Earlier on Sunday, investigators announced that they had discovered a body while a search was underway across the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming — which was one of the places she had visited with her fiancé Brian Laundrie during their road trip.
During a press conference on Sunday evening, FBI agent Charles Jones later confirmed that “human remains were discovered consistent with the description” of the 22-year-old.
However, they are still awaiting forensic confirmation. And while the coroner has not 100 percent positively identified the body, her family has been notified of her death, and no cause of death has been determined at this time.
