Parents of a woman who tragically died in a freak incident involving a goose are still hunting for clues as to what caused her death.

Vanessa Harrison was travelling through her local park with her dog when, sitting in her mobility scooter, a low-flying goose caused her to stretch backwards in her chair in order to avoid being hit.

Three years on Vanessa's parents are still searching for answers after their daughter felt a sudden ripping pain in her chest before going into shock.
