A family of four have blasted their landlord after moving 60 miles in search of a property with ‘outdoor space’ only to find out they can’t use the garden.

Sophie Taylor moved with 25-year-old partner James Waite and their children Ruby, aged two, and Thomas, aged four, in June from a flat to a two-bedroom house.

They family opted to move with Sanctuary Housing Association, so they could have a garden, which would benefit the children and James, who suffers with mental health.

However, the outdoor living space has been a series of failures, with complaints over missing bins, an unlevelled garden, holes in the drive, and a ‘condemned’ garage.
