Speculation was rife that the colleagues were more than pals after photos emerged of Mary and Ewan looking cosy at The Good Life Eatery, a North London cafe in 2017.
Shortly after reports of Ewan and Mary's lunch date, Eve announced that she and Ewan were officially separating. According to People, a friend of the couple confirmed that they'd actually decided to split earlier in the year, in May of 2017, before the snaps were captured.
