Emmerdale 's Faith Dingle will receive some devastating news in scenes set to air next week. The Dingle matriarch was told that her breast cancer had returned last month and is forced to make a heartbreaking decision when she is told that her cancer has spread.On the day of Faith's scan, Moira encourages Cain to accompany his mother to the hospital, however, Cain has other ideas and ends up drinking in the Woolpack.
