EMMERDALE actor Danny Miller has 'saved a man who was preparing to jump from a motorway bridge', according to reports. Danny, 30, was said to have approached the distressed man in Manchester before sharing his own experiences with mental health.

According to Metro.co.uk, the soap star then gently coaxed him down to safety, where he was then helped by the emergency services.

A source told the website that the young man was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). "The man was in serious distress and Danny went over and chatted to him.
