Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley has inadvertently teased his character's fate.The actor plays Cain Dingle on the ITV soap and appeared on Thursday's episode of This Morning (May 12) where he hinted that Cain will in fact survive this week's dramatic episodes.A flash-forward clip featured during Wednesday night's episode of Emmerdale (May 11) confirmed Cain as the victim of the show's horrific car crash.The teaser saw an unconscious Cain slumped against the steering wheel with blood dripping down one of his arms.When asked whether Cain would survive the crash while speaking with presenters Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes, Jeff said: "Well, I'm here.
I'm OK."I can't really say too much because I'll just spoil the episode."Jeff then confirmed that preparations for the show's 50th anniversary in October were going "brilliant", which Phil took as evidence that Cain does indeed survive the road collision.
