Emma Raducanu has been branded the Watford of tennis after Dmitry Tursunov became the latest coach to leave her service. There were high hopes that their relationship could blossom after regaining form since the two started working together.
Raducanu won eight of her 15 matches after Tursunov arrived after Wimbledon. That included ruching a semi-final at the Korea Open before she lost to Latvian Jelena Ostapenko.
But Tursunov becomes the fourth coach to leave Raducanu's service in the past 15 months. It has led to some branding the tennis star the new Watford - who have a history of hiring and firing managers like the seasons changing.
