The bulletin reads: "Due to an ongoing police incident the Albert Bridge is closed in both directions until further notice."Drivers and pedestrians who intended to use the bridge - that links the Saltmarket in the city centre with Crown Street on the city’s south side - were advised to follow police direction.Albert Bridge has since fully reopened.
