Manchester United in a heartfelt farewell message to supporters. Cavani, 35, will leave the Red Devils when his contract expires next month.

It has been a difficult final season at Old Trafford for the veteran Uruguayan, who has scored just twice in 20 appearances.Last season, the forward netted 17 goals in all competitions.
