It follows the pair's link up in March when Ed made a tearful appearance in Australia at the memorial for his friend Michael Gudinski.
The Shape of You singer, 30, performed a short set before joining the Aussie icon on stage to sing some of her biggest hits, including The Locomotion.
And now the duo are reuniting once more to create a tune that is no doubt destined to be a hit. Kylie's vocals are set to feature on Ed's song Visiting Hours on his upcoming record, which is expected to be named Subtract.
