Charlie, who plays scheming Janine Butcher in the BBC soap, wrote underneath Kiki's weekend post: "So beautiful baby", while one fan commented: "She's defo your double isn't she x." Mother-of-one Charlie previously took to Instagram in December to share some rare photos with Kiki on her 17th birthday.
The actress reportedly wrote: "I love you more than you will ever know. On we go my little not so little girl xx." The pictures showed Kiki growing from a young girl to a teenager, with the resemblance between mother and daughter so striking they could pass as sisters.
Charlie gave birth to Kiki in 2004 with her ex-fiancé and Ibiza nightclub owner Tony Truman. The couple parted in 2006 but are said to have a good co-parenting relationship and formed a "bubble" during the lockdown.
