One of the meals she previously made was “Pitta bread with a grilled skinless chicken breast, for instance, and lots of greens”.The actress is focused on “healthy foods” that she said gave her more energy than she had before.She said: “I found I had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food.” She also revealed that her change of weight over the years led her to sign onto compete in Strictly Come Dancing back in 2007.
