EastEnders viewers have been left pleasantly surprised and rather confused after Phil Mitchell was let off by police once again.In the last few days, Phil has been given an ultimatum in order to avoid a life sentence behind bars for Vincent Hubbard’s murder - but he would have to snitch on those that did do it in order to be completely free.Due to the fact that Phil doesn't want to be labelled as a "grass", he refused to come clean to the cops regarding the actual murderers.
