EastEnders fans will remember the 10-year-old star from his TV debut in Albert square when he played the role on Ben Mitchell in 2006.Now, actor Charlie Jones is all grown up and at the age of 25 he can boast he is one of the longest-serving actors to play the beloved role on the BBC One soap.Throughout his time on the show, his character was involved in a major storyline which saw him suffer physical and mental abuse at the hand of Stella Crawford who was dating his dad Phil Mitchell at the time.His time in the show finally came to an end after four years on the show when Ben was sent to a youth offenders’ prison.And although the star decided not to reprise the role when Ben returned to Watford, the actor has continued to pursue acting.
