Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union were every inch the proud parents when they joined his transgender daughter for her red carpet debut.

Zaya, 12, stole the show when the family attended the Truth Awards together in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The former Miami Heat star, 38, announced last month that his daughter had come out as trans and wanted to be called Zaya as he vowed to support her on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show.

And he made good on his promise last night as the trio posed for photos together at the event, which is held to celebrate the achievements of the black LGBT community.
