DVSA guidance on driving lessons and tests - from face covering rules to how to reschedule cancelled tests

Lessons with instructors, theory tests and practical driving tests have all been prohibited during the national lockdown. But this week the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) confirmed that the next stage of easing lockdown will see lessons allowed to resume, followed by tests towards the end of April.

Data analysed by the PA news agency showed that driving licence numbers among young people had fallen to the lowest level since current records began.
