National Highways has announced there will be overnight lane closures on the M6 starting on Monday 6th December. The closures are part of a £3.5 million smoother journeys project.
Engineers will resurface large sections of the carriageway along the four miles between Junction 19 at Knutsford, and Junction 20 at Lymm. The work will be completed overnight between 10pm and 5am (7am at weekends), when traffic along the motorway is at its quietest.
