DRAKE has used his surprise new album Honestly, Nevermind to take aim at people who have betrayed him during his career. The superstar rapper channels his inner Taylor Swift on Texts Go Green in which he swipes at a mystery lover.

He croons: "If I was in your shoes, I would hate myself/ Left all this behind to be with someone else, oh/ Why should I fake it anymore?" Drake, who counts Rihanna and Rita Ora amongst his exes, later adds: "Texts go green, it hits a little different, don't it? "Know you miss the days when I was grippin' on it/ Know you're in a house tonight just thinkin' on it/ I moved on so long ago." In a long statement released alongside the 14 track record, Drake appears to speak candidly about life in the spotlight not always being what others think it's cracked up to be. "I can’t remember the last time someone put their phone down, looked me in the eyes and asked my current insight on the times," He says. "But I remember every single time someone shined a light in my eyes.

I purposely try to forget what went on between some people. "Because I know I’m not a forgiving guy even when I try. My urge for revenge wins the game against my good guy inside every single time.
