BBC One's Dragons' Den - but he's also breaking records in other lanes.Steven has also been smashing the streaming world with his Diary Of A CEO podcast, which sees him get real with the biggest industry titans on the planet. The business buff has hosted tons of high-profile guests on the podcast, including Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague, MP Matt Hancock, UFC champ Israel Adesanya and TalkTV anchor Piers Morgan.Steven spoke exclusively to Daily Star's Sam Huntley on the red carpet at the BAFTA TV Awards, where he revealed how he prepares for his podcast and the special traits he looks for in his guests. The podcast pioneer said he read every SAGE meeting minute to prepare for his chat with tory MP Matt Hancock, but he also has a team of researchers to help him swat up on the guests before they come in to record an episode. He admitted he goes through a "very tense" research period before an episode where he gets so 'locked in' that, essentially, nobody can speak to him 24 hours before filming as he wants to absorb as much as he can.Steven said: "It really depends on who I’m speaking to.

In the case of Matt Hancock I’d read every single SAGE minute taken from all of the government meetings."I’d have a team of researchers giving me a big dossier on the individual, and in the 24 hours leading up to the conversation it’s all I do.

So you can’t speak to me, you can’t ask me if I want lunch, I can’t do anything, because I have a really good short term memory and a really crappy long-term memory. "So I want to know everything when one of those individuals comes in when there are a lot of contentious issues to make sure that I do the conversation justice as well as they can.
