Download here: smarturl.it/RenfrewLiveSocialProcurator fiscal depute Susan Barr said: “Police witnesses were on mobile patrol when they came across the accused Wallace.“He was cycling down Tannahill Road and was noticed to be under the influence of some substance.“He was stopped by police and a substance was recovered from his wallet, which turned out to be heroin, with an approximate value of £40.”On Wednesday, Wallace, formerly of Ferguslie Park, but now living in Barr, near Girvan, Ayrshire, pleaded guilty to possession of Class-A drugs, namely heroin.Defence agent Rhona Lynch said her client who is well known to the courts for crimes of dishonesty, has since left Paisley and attempted to get himself.
