The Affair star, 50, wore the same shirt, belt and trousers when he was spotted canoodling Lily in Rome and then two days later when facing media with wife Catherine Fitzgerald.
The 50-year-old star had been spotted kissing his 31-year-old co-star Lily on a romantic break in Rome at the weekend. The pair are starring together in an adaptation of Nancy Mitford's novel The Pursuit Of Love.
On their romantic day, Dominic wore the light blue shirt, dark blue trousers and black belt as they lunched and then jumped on an electric scooter to sightsee around Rome.
