Boohoo has an entire edit of ‘cold-shoulder’ tops, often with high polo necks, then bare clavicles. Revolve has a heavy ply high neck jumper, that looks like someone has taken shears to the left arm.
Prada’s openwork top, priced at £905, is the luxury option, available in black or yellow, the latter of which was compared on social media to a holey block of Emmental.
In some cases, cut-outs can be incredibly flattering to wear - the revealing of a smooth décolletage, or a hint of shoulder looks sultry.
