A dad-of-four built his kids a fun playhouse for the garden. Jamie Purchase, an electrician from Scunthorpe, constructed the wooden play area himself.
Impressively, he created a slide, ladder and mini climbing wall. And it even has rope that allows his children to abseil down the side of it.
The design is very impressive – as is how much money Jamie saved on the project. A shop-bought playhouse would’ve cost around £1,200, but he completed the job for £300.
So how did Jamie complete the project? He started by drawing out the design and measuring everything up. The dad then created a four-metre wooden frame for the play area and bolted it to his house.
