A 'devoted family man' died when an ambulance he was being carried in collided with a lorry. Trevor Bailey, 62, died following thew accident on the A1079, Hull Road on Thursday.
Mr Bailey was a patient in the ambulance when it collided with the HGV between Wilberfoss and Barmby Moor at around 3.30pm in Hull.
He died at the scene and a paramedic in the ambulance was treated in intensive care following the accident but is now out of danger and recovering, reports Hull Live.
