Derek Chauvin has been found guilty in the trial following the death of George Floyd, which sparked outrage and Black Lives Matter protests all over the globe.

The jury ruled that he was guilty of those charges in court. The jury, made up of five men and seven women, deliberated for four hours Monday afternoon (April 19) and resumed on Tuesday morning (April 20), according to the court.
