dailystar.co.ukAn illegal immigrant with no driving license killed a motorcyclist by smashing into him at a crossroads – before strolling away from the scene of the crash.
Admir Isufaj, 26, struck dad-of-two Steven Duval, 55, after failing to give way in Wistow, Leicestershire, last September. Leicester Crown Court heard how Mr Duval was riding his Suzuki motorbike to Rutland when he was struck by Mr Isufaj’s blue Mini One.
Isufaj was driving from Fleckney towards Wigston and failed to give way at the crossroads, despite clear road signs, and drove into the path of Mr Duval, who had been riding his Suzuki "perfectly properly" on the correct side of Kibworth Road at 39mph in a 60mph area.
