Denise Van Outen has revealed she's managed to avoid having an operation after her horrific Dancing On Ice accident.The 46 year old was rushed to hospital on 17 January after falling and partially dislocating her shoulder while also sustaining three bone fractures.The injury left her in "excruciating pain" and the recovery process meant she had to do physiotherapy exercises in between wearing a sling for support.

Appearing on ITV's This Morning on Friday, the blonde beauty has spoken out on how she's healing as host Alison Hammond, 46, said: "Denise I've got to ask about your health, I mean obviously we all know about your shoulder being injured on Dancing On Ice.
