Denise van Outen has said she feels like she's taken a "step back" as she recovers from her painful Dancing On Ice injury.The 46-year-old, who was starring in the current series of the ITV programme, broke her shoulder in three places while training for the show.She was forced to withdraw from the competition after the painful fall.Denise has revealed she feels like she's taken a "step back" as she gave an update about her recovery.During an interview on Friday's BBC Morning Live, Denise spoke about how she was feeling with Gethin Jones.She explained: "It was quite a bad fall.

I'm not too bad, to be honest."I have to say, I've been trying to move my arm more because the physio advised me too."I'm a bit concerned now that I'm getting frozen.
