Queen's Platinum Jubilee Party at the Palace celebration event have taken centre stage.Princess Charlotte and Prince George were seen several times during the first hour of the mega concert beaming and clapping during many of the big acts.They were also seen waving their Union Jack flags along to the song We Are The Champions by Queen and Adam Lambert as they sat in the Royal Box at the front in between their parents.The Royal box has been filled with every top Royal family member, apart from Her Majesty - although she did open the event in a pre-recorded video opening with iconic cartoon character Paddington Bear.
But it's George and Charlotte, sitting in between parents Kate Middleton and Prince Harry, who had stolen the watching audiences hearts.
They both appeared to be laughing at host comedian Lee Mack's jokes - some of which were aimed at Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who was sitting two rows behind the youngsters with wife Carrie.
Relatives Mike and Zara Tindall were also spotted having a joke with the young pair.The only time Charlotte looked less than pleased, however, was during Craig David's short set, where she was shown on camera looking very bored.TV viewers were treated to another glimpse of George singing along to Rod Stewart's rendition of 'Sweet Caroline' while continuing to wave his flag - which harped back to England's near-success at the Euro 2020 tournament at Wembley Stadium in 2021.Princess Charlotte was also spotted looking less than pleased by Duran Duran's performance later in the night.Hundreds of thousands of people have descended on The Mall to take part in tonight's event, watching on a myriad of big screens lining the iconic street.And around 10,000 people have taken to temporary seating.
