Instagram post.After the pair shared a precious morning together, Deborah posted a picture of the couple as they enjoyed some quality time.Deborah looked cosy in fluffy socks and a jacket while she smiled for the camera and smart Seb wore a white shirt, jeans and a blazer.She wrote in the caption: "Seb whisked me (bit of a mission, but worth it!) at the crack of dawn to RHS Garden Wisley before all the crowds to say well done for the book launch, and it was just perfect for an hour."Deborah continued: "I haven’t left the house in 10 days as I have been too weak and whilst I’m now going to snooze for most of the day (in the sun like a cat), I love this picture reminding me of vibrant green life all around, despite the sadness of knowing the state of my body inside.She called Seb an "utter rock" and said that they were able to "squeeze their hands together, swallow the tears and laugh instead”.The 40-year-old also mentioned that she was “blown away” and “utterly grateful” for the response to her new book.Titled How To Live When You Could Be Dead, the book touches on her journey with bowel cancer.She has so far raised £6 million through her fundraising efforts and thanked the “sheer number” of people who have “kindly ordered” her new book.Deborah told her followers that they have made her new publication “a number one on the Amazon best sellers list,” which has always been a “pipe dream” of hers.She admitted that her “first book missed out” and may “never know about this one,” but assured fans she will be “celebrating somewhere”.Fans flocked to the comments to sing Deborah’s praises and one wrote that she “incredible,” along with her “amazing husband”.Another fan called them a “beautiful couple” and that Deborah is a “star”.
