Debbie Twist death: Murder arrest man to face no action as four charged with burglary and drug offences

Debbie Twist was found dead at a house in Manchester Road, Leigh, on Sunday March 17, 2019. Debbie, who also had three grandchildren, had been fatally stabbed.

A 25-year-old man also suffered knife injuries and was taken to hospital. He was later released and began recovering at home.

In the days after the stabbing, a man was arrested on suspicion of murder - but the Manchester Evening News understands he will face no further action.
