Davina McCall has revealed that the early stages of menopause felt like kicking heroin all over again as she opens up about her struggles with ageing.The TV presenter thought she was going "mad" and feared she was getting "early-onset dementia" when she found she was unable to read the autocue for months before she found out she was going through the menopause.
Harkening back to days battling a heroin addiction, the Masked Singer judge suffered from sleepless nights, poor vision and severe night sweats before she consulted a doctor.
At the age of 44, Davina started hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which helped to curb her symptoms of her early menopause.
