West Ham boss David Moyes is pushing the board to re-sign Jesse Lingard this summer after the midfielder's time at Manchester United came to an end.Lingard flourished while on loan at West Ham back in 2021, when the midfielder joined the Hammers in January.

West Ham pushed to sign him permanently last summer, but due to assurances from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer regarding involvement, Lingard gave United another chance.But unfortunately for the midfielder, he remained a bystander and as a result Lingard decided not to sign a contract extension, and end his 22-year stay at the club.
