Spencer Elden sued the band for child pornography last month almost 30 years after the image of him swimming nude in a pool as a baby was used as Nevermind's iconic album art.Nirvana and Foo Fighters star Grohl was named as one of the defendants in the suit.The estate of late singer Kurt Cobain was also named, in addition to bassist Krist Novoselic, photographer Kirk Weddle, Universal Music, Geffen Records, Warner Records and MCA Music.In a chat with The Sunday Times, Grohl says he has plans to alter.
