Danniella Westbrook's daughter Jodie Jenkins has shared her thoughts on her mum's new career U-turn. The actress had recently revealed she will be turning her back on the world of soap for something a little saucier.

The former EastEnders star, 48, was recently approached by an American company to take part in some racy photoshoots and turn to glamour modelling.

Jodie, 20, chatted exclusively about her mum's new move to the Daily Star at the Celeb MMA party in Clapham last week. When asked about her feelings towards Danniella's career move, she said: "I mean, if you've got a good body then flaunt it, as long as she jumps in the gym then go for it."I wouldn't say any different to my friends so I wouldn't say it to my mum."But would she debate doing it herself?Jodie added: "Probably not because I'm a bit of a tomboy, I'm glam on the face but the rest when we lived in America, I grew up with my dad when she was on EastEnders and I did MMA and jujitsu so I'm quite a tomboy."So, probably not and I don't think my boyfriend would be happy with it."Talking about her entry into glamour modelling, Danniella exclusively told the Daily Star: "We had an offer come in last week by a big American company and I was so taken back being nearly 50."I am looking at shooting some videos on there and it will be very racy.

So, I just need to get my body into shape but I'm going to do it."I'm coming up to 50 and I'm going to represent the old ladies and go for it, being fabulous at 50."When asked what her "toyboy" partner, Mark, 28, thinks of it all, she explained how much he loves the idea. The blonde bombshell added: "He thinks it's great, he's like 'go up there and do your thing, at the end of the day you're my girlfriend so just go for.
